Badia a Corte (Cevedale S.r.l.) is located in the Chianti hills only 15 kms from Florence: it is set in a glorious position with panoramic views of the surrounding olive groves and vineyards that make up part of the vast Torre a Cona estate. The Villa has been carefully restored and styled with period furniture perfectly in keeping with a historic home. At the same time it offers all modern comforts and is completely equipped with the latest technology: air conditioning in all bedrooms, broad band Internet connection, satellite TV, garage, dish-washer, and laundry room with washing machine.
In front of the main entrance is a large stone-paved patio area, with a quiet corner furnished for reading and relaxing. Behind the house is a large garden with wonderful sweeping views, private Swimming pool 7x13 mt, sun-bathing terrace and leisure area with ping-pong table and barbecue. The kitchen leads directly onto the terrace for out-door dining.
An annex, located in the centre courtyard, but with a separate entrance, can sleep four, and has a living room, bathroom and kitchenette.
As well as acting as the main Reception and Concierge facilities, Fattoria Torre a Cona also organises wine and food tasting with guided tours of the estate’s wine cellars. Local towns for shopping and all amenities are close by: San Donato in Collina is about 2.5 km from the estate and Rignano sull’Arno is about 10 km away.
Siena is an 80 km drive, while Florence is about 15 km.
Villa Badia a Corte 700 m² - sleeps 12 - 5 bedrooms
First floor: two living areas furnished with sofas, fireplace, games room with satellite TV, DVD player, library, 1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Second floor: a suite with a double bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds, plus a bathroom with shower; a double bedroom plus bathroom with shower; a twin bedroom plus bathroom with bath, and a double bedroom plus bathroom with bath.
Third floor: (tower) reading room.
Ground floor: large dining area, a small bathroom with WC and hand basin, a large kitchen with pantry and service area (equipped with oven, dish-washer, ice maker, large fridge-freezer, American-style coffee machine, kettle and toaster). The kitchen has direct access to the spacious terrace with panoramic views for outdoor eating.
Annex 60 m² - sleeps 4 - 1 bedrooms
Living area with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
Weekly rent or more.
Arrivals: between the hours of 14.00 and 18.00.

For arrivals and departures at other times make advance arrangements with the reception of Torre a Cona In case of late arrivals not previously granted a surcharge of € 25 Euro per
hour. € 30 on public holidays.

Rates include:
- VAT rate of 21% and taxes
- Final Cleaning,
- a set of towels for each guest includes: a towel, a middle and a small towel and bed linen,
- Electricity, gas, heating and water.

- For stays of several weeks a weekly cleaning is included.
Rates do not include:
- Required a week cleaning - on Wednesday - with fresh towels (except pool towels): € 150 per week
- Air Conditioning (excess of Euro 40). You will pay for higher consumption on consumption.
The cleaning and care of the house during the stay is to care for clients. Or uncivilized behavior that brings harm to the property or furnishings will be deducted from the deposit.
