Casa Villa is a farmhouse with a floor space of 340 m², set on a hill in the midst of olive groves, with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, the Chianti hills, and the Vallombrosa mountains. This farmhouse was recently restored maintaining all its original features, including exposed wooden beams and terracotta tiled flooring.
The house can accommodate 16 guests in 8 double rooms (6 bathrooms with showers). It has a large kitchen equipped to seat up to 20 people, and
a lounge with a vaulted ceiling, ideal for
meetings or entertaining. The house is furnished in an elegant but comfortable style.

The garden that surrounds the house is furnished with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, and barbecue.
Casa Villa also has covered parking and access to the Swimming pool (a 200 meter walk)
which is shared with the other holiday farmhouses on the estate.
This large farmhouse has been designed and restored to be rented out as a single unit, or as separate apartments, planned to permit groups or families holidaying together to each maintain their own space and privacy.
Casa Villa can be divided into four independent apartments, each with their own kitchen, bathroom and private garden: Piccolo, Camino, Giardino e Piccionaia.
