In low and mid seasons, it is possible to rent mid-week or weekends, excluding holidays:

- Besides the time described above, arrival should be agreed at the time of booking.
Please advise any delay because the reception is NOT a service 24/24H - • Deposit: 30% of the total rental period

Prices include:

- • Electricity, water, gas (kitchen and heating);

- • Broadband internet connection included
- • Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, including Swimming pool towel for each guest (changed weekly);
- • Swimming pool use (open between early May and late September) – Swimming pool size: 9 x 8 meters, depth 1.35 meters. (Unheated Swimming pool). Use of children’s play area, and barbecues in each private garden;
- • Private parking;
- • Guided tour of estate wine cellar and oil mill;
- • Final apartment cleaning on departure.
The cleaning of the apartments during the stay is the guests’ responsibility. On departure, the apartments must be left in the same condition in which they were given to the guests.
