• • Cot/crib and high-chair: free up to three years old (please reserve in advance);
• • Extra bed (on request): € 20,00 per night;
• • Extra bed/bath linen: € 10,00;
• • Mid-week house-cleaning service on request: € 18,00 per hour;
• • Small domestic animals: admitted only if agreed in advance. Additional weekly cost of € 25,00;
• • Children’s play area (swings, slide, see-saw);
• • Wineshop direct purchase. Wine tasting and estate and local Tuscan product-tasting available;
• • Internet Point open between 10 am and 5 pm, Monday to Saturday;
• • Personal cook available for dinners price upon request
• • Welcome-pack (please reserve in advance): € 27,00 (sugar, butter, jam, bread, pasta, mineral water, milk, tea, coffee, tomato spaghetti sauce, cheese). We are happy to supply any type of food on request at the time of reservation;
• • Mobile phone rental: € 10,00 per week (calls not included) – refundable deposit: € 150,00;
• • Mountain-bike rental: € 15,00 per day / € 35,00 for 3 days / € 60,00 per week and refundable deposit € 200,00;
• • Back-pack baby carriers: € 3,00 per day / € 10,00 per week.

Each of our holiday houses has an external private garden equipped with everything to make your stay in Tuscany as relaxing as possible: chairs, table, gazebo and a barbecue for outdoor entertaining.
Each house also has its own personal parking space.
From May through till the end of September, Fattoria Torre a Cona also provides a large swimming Swimming pool (9 x 8 meters) for its guests, surrounded by an extensive, paved sunbathing area.
The historical tower of the Villa, sits close to the Swimming pool, a watchful presence of bygone times, as guests relax by the Swimming pool surrounded by the unique Tuscan landscape.
