Tours and tastings

Maximum capacity: 30 people

The tour, which takes about half an hour, includes a visit to the winemaking cellars, the old wine aging cellars, and a tour of the estate olive mill with cold pressing techniques using granite millstones. It also includes a guided tour of the exterior of the Villa and a short account of the history of the estate. The tour concludes with a visit to our wine shop which has been recently completed.

Below is a list of the various types of food and wine tasting available:

1. Standard tasting: 3 wines (Chianti Colli Fiorentini, IGT Toscana, Vin Santo) served with a range of cheeses, local salami, home-grown oil-marinated vegetables and bruschetta, with extra virgin olive oil from the estate.

2. Rich tasting : 3 wines (Chianti Colli Fiorentini, IGT Toscana, Vin Santo) served with a range of cheeses, local salami, home-grown oil-marinated vegetables and bruschetta, with extra virgin olive oil from the estate, a main course, dessert and coffee.

3. Tasting for children: a selection of bruschetta with tomato, several pâtés, extra virgin olive oil, cookies and unpreserved jams.

Wine tasting and local products include groups with a minimum of 8 persons.
